Anyone interested in becoming a member of the REFORMA | Oregon Chapter can go through REFORMA National, join the Oregon Library Association, or do both.

Download the REFORMA Membership Application (PDF) and mail the completed application and payment or register online. Annual options for personal and institutional memberships are available and you can choose which chapters you would like to be affiliated with.
Oregon Library Association
Anyone interested in the association's activities or in Oregon libraries is welcome to join the Oregon Library Association. Annual options are available for personal, business, institution, and student memberships. An additional $5 annual charge is incurred to join the REFORMA division.
